Art Vancouver is Vancouver’s premiere International Contemporary Art Fair which takes place annually and will be returning for its 5th year on 25th-28th April 2019, at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The aim is to bring together artists, galleries, collectors, and visitors from across the world through a celebration of art. Visitors will see exhibitors’ most dynamic and recent works, which shines a light onto the newest techniques, styles and innovations in the contemporary and modern art world. 

There will also be a variety of events taking place across the weekend such as artist workshops, panel talks, live painting demonstrations, and guest speakers. This provides each visitor with the chance to learn more about the current art scene, from learning about artistic practices in different cultures, what visual art means in different countries, and other topics that come under our theme for this year that is entitled ‘Uniting Nations Through Art’.

In anticipation of the event, Art Vancouver is giving away two pairs of VIP tickets (valued at $100 each)!

These VIP tickets will include: 

• Access to all four days of Art Vancouver
• Attendance at the VIP preview on Thursday 25th April from 6-7pm. This provides winners with the chance to view all of the art on display at the event before anyone else. 
• The chance to attend the Opening Night Premiere Party on Thursday 25th April from 7-10pm. Here, you can see Art Vancouver’s favourite featured event, the “Face of Art” runway, where artists will walk down the runway with their work. This provides a glimpse into the artwork featured at the art fair and puts a face and personality to the artwork itself. 
• Access to the Art Masters Competition on Friday 26th, 6-9pm where 8 artists compete against each other and the clock, painting their own original work with a surprise box of supplies.
