Chilliwack trustee Barry Neufeld's notorious post about Dr. Theresa Tam disappears off his Facebook page

      A socially conservative school trustee in the Fraser Valley has ignited controversy across the province.

      It came when Barry Neufeld ripped the World Health Organization in a Facebook post, accusing it of corruption and complaining that it's "promoting mandated comprehensive sexuality education for little kids that gender is NOT binary".

      On top of that, Neufeld questioned the federal public health officer's gender identity as he slammed her ties to the WHO.

      That prompted Education Minister Rob Fleming to tell Global B.C. that he will bring this to the attention of Human Rights Commissioner Kasari Govender.

      In addition, Fleming described Neufeld's post as "unhinged", winning praise from the union representing B.C. teachers.

      Neufeld's post is no longer visible on his Facebook page.
