is one of Canada’s preeminent choral ensembles. Known for its exceptional artistry, technical virtuosity and exquisite tonal blend, the choir maintains the highest standards of performance in repertoire encompassing 500 years, from the Renaissance to pop music.

The VCS was recently awarded the Canada Council Healey Willan Prize, the country’s most prestigious award for choirs, for the fourth time - more than any other ensemble in its history.

Led by Artistic Director Paula Kremer, the VCS reimagines itself each season with innovative programming, a creative use of space and unique collaborations with acclaimed artists and composers.
