The restaurant business in the former location of the once adored Lolita’s South of the Border Cantina is for sale.

For $198,000, a buyer can have the spot at 1326 Davie Street in the West End neighbourhood of Vancouver.

The business was listed Wednesday (April 11) by Restaurant Business Broker.

Lolita’s opened in 2005, becoming famous for its Mexican-inspired menu.

Lolita’s called it quits in 2017, and was replaced by Lucha Verde, a Mexican vegetarian establishment.

“With many renovations and a new look and feel, this Davie Street location is ready to operate as is or bring in your own concept!” reads the listing by Jean Seguin with Restaurant Business Broker.

According to the listing, rent is $6,500.

The place has 40 seats and a liquor license.
