A new Starbucks Reserve Bar is scheduled to make its debut next Tuesday (December 11) at Pacific Centre (700 West Pender Street), which will be the coffee chain’s largest store in Vancouver.

The soon-to-open caffeine establishment is a more refined counterpart to classic Starbucks locations. It will serve rare, small-lot coffees using state-of-the-art brewing methods such as the Clover brewing system, Chemex, Siphon, Nitro Cold Brew taps, and more.

According to renderings provided by Starbucks, the 4,000-square-foot interactive and multisensory space will showcase a black and dark-brown colour scheme, which strays from the dark-green palettes found at its regular shops.

The storefront’s massive windows will let in plenty of natural lighting, which we’re sure will help when customers want to snap a shot of their high-end coffee beverages.

Visitors will find a special holiday menu, which features the Christmas 2018 Starbucks Reserve coffee (woodsy aromas with sweet mandarin and mulled spice flavours), Hazelnut Bianco Latte (Starbucks Reserve espresso with steamed hazelnut praline-infused milk), and a Cold Brew Float (cold brew with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).
