Drink of the week: Tempo Arándano
Delta-based distilling company Goodridge and Williams is taking craft spirits to a new hyperlocal level with its Tempo Arándano blueberry gin. It all starts with grain from the Peace River Valley, which is mashed and fermented in traditional copper-pot stills. Add in B.C. blueberries and you’ve got all you need to celebrate summer with a simple sipper.
Tempo Blueberry Gin & Tonic
