Local Vancouver food stylists, photographers, and cookbook authors Adrian Harris and Jeremy Inglett, also known as the Food Gays, have teamed up with a Metro Vancouver chocolatier for their latest project.

The talented duo have paired up with Burnaby’s Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie (4717 Hastings Street) to create a special chocolate collection ($21.95), which features nine pieces of fall-inspired chocolates and truffles.

Available in-store and online through October 14, these bonbons come in three flavours that will remind you of why sweater weather is so loved.

We’re talking pumpkin pie (with roasted pumpkin ganache and pie crunch in a white chocolate shell), campfire (milk-chocolate birch ganache with vanilla marshmallow and a dark chocolate shell), and apple-cider truffle (caramelized white-chocolatecardamom ganache and apple-cider jelly with a cookie crumble milk-chocolate shell).

For those who plan on picking up a box of these limited-edition treats to a Thanksgiving dinner, you’ll be bringing in a crowd-pleaser that will probably be gone within seconds.
