Tis the season for deliciously creepy cocktails. To get in the Halloween spirit, the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver's YEW seafood + bar is pouring a new drink called Devil’s Skin. Bartender Todd Zimmerman’s Hallow’s Eve-inspired beverage, available all month, is enough to make Maleficent herself swoon.

      Devil's Skin

      1 ½ oz cherry-infused Wild Turkey
      ½ oz Amaro Montenegro
      ¼ oz Apricot Liqueur
      ½ oz lemon juice
      ¾ oz grapefruit juice
      ½ oz honey
      One egg white

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake, add ice, and wet shake hard. Double strain into a coupe glass.
Create a spooky design atop your cocktail with "blood" (sweet wine reduction).

To make the wine reduction, reduce red wine by half, add a small amount of sugar as well as hibiscus flowers, and let cool.

Garnish with grapefruit peel that has been soaked in wine reduction for 24 hours.
