Coquille Fine Seafood is looking for a new owner.

After opening its doors in the historic Vancouver neighbourhood of Gastown in February 2018, the establishment is now up for sale.

The price tag for the 4,100-square-foot restaurant at 181 Carrall Street is $198,000.

“This 140 seat Gastown restaurant is the best Value in Vancouver!” declares a listing by realtor Jean Seguin and his team at Restaurant Business Broker.

Chefs Lee Cooper and Jack Chen of L’Abattoir were behind the Coquille Fine Seafood concept that focuses on fresh-caught seafood.

A new owner may want a different type of restaurant.

“With the right concept this restaurant/bar will deliver huge profits,” the listing suggests.

Gastown is a busy location, famous among tourists and locals as well.

Lease to the place is “approximately” $25,000 a month, according to the listing.

Also for sale in the neighbourhood is Darby’s Gastown.

The pub located at 16 West Hastings Street is priced at $74,900.

“This restaurant has 76 seats inside, 12 outside,” according to the listing Seguin and his team.

The 1,400-square-foot establishment pays a monthly lease of $4467 per month.

“Could also be good for a coffee shop,” the listing suggests.

Darby’s Gastown is owned by Lightheart Hospitality.
