It’s 2020, so it makes sense for Valentine’s-Day gestures to extend beyond helium balloons, cheap grocery store chocolates, and cheesy stuffed animals.

Vancouver’s popular eatery Juke Fried Chicken (182 Keefer Street) will once again offer its “Let’s Cluck” fried-chicken bouquets for V-Day.

Flowers and candy are nice and appreciated, but there’s nothing better than satisfying your hunny’s belly with good grub—that’s true love.

The eight-piece, gluten-free gourmet arrangement ($29 plus tax) comes with a heart-covered gift wrap, and can be ordered online.

Limited quantities are available, and pick-up takes place on February 14 from 10:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Juke’s sister establishment, plant-based concept Beetbox, will also be celebrating the day of romance in tasty fashion by hosting a vegan wine-and-cheese night.
