Joey’s Jungle Bird
1 ½ oz Appleton Estate V/X Signature Blend
½ oz Aperol
½ oz lime juice
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz cane-sugar syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel.
