Vancouver seafood-lovers will be happy to know that a local crustacean eatery is celebrating its third anniversary with free grub.

The Holy Crab in the West End (1588 Robson Street) is known for its interactive Louisiana-inspired seafood boils and Southern-style menu—think seafood chowders, New Orleans crispy calamari, lobster rolls, and seafood buckets drenched in Cajun sauces.

The popular spot will be marking its milestone by giving away a free stuffed-deviled crab dish to the first 30 customers on March 1 at 11 a.m.

It consists of a premium Dungeness crab shell stuffed with the Holy Crab’s signature housemade seafood gumbo (Louisiana Creole seafood stew), topped with juicy crab meat and gooey baked cheese.

Other anniversary specials include special discounts on its entire food menu.

"We're thrilled to be celebrating three years in Vancouver's West End and can't wait to mark this milestone birthday by giving back to our loyal fans," The Holy Crab’s chef and co-owner Henri William, said in a press statement. "We're also hoping to see some new faces and welcome first-time visitors.”
