With the modest claim of serving “the best bubble tea in the world”, Taiwanese chain Chatime aims to please.

Milk tea, fruit tea, iced coffee, and other drinks are made exactly how you want them, with an incredible degree of customization. When you order, you specify the sweetness (regular, 120 percent, 80 percent, 50 percent, 30 percent, or no sugar) and how much ice you want (regular, 120 percent, 80 percent, or no ice). You can also add toppings such as coconut jelly. I like the mango smoothie ($4.30) with 30 percent sugar and 80 percent ice.
