Prohibition at Rosewood Hotel Georgia has a new autumn drinks menu--Cocktails by Mood-- designed by award-winning bartenders Brad Stanton and Robyn Gray.
The dapper bar at the renowned hotel has crafted a distinct list of cocktails that are separated into four categories, ranging from Uplifting, Celebratory, and Flirtatious to Elegant, Sophisticated, and Cultured.
Items on the menu include the Quince Cobbler, a visually stunning cocktail that combines Grey Goose V/X, Pedro Ximenez sherry, orange, lemon, and house-made quince jam inspired by the warmth and comfort of Vancouver winters.
The Georgia ‘27 commemorates the birth of Hotel Georgia and the year Prohibition arrived in B.C., and it mixes together Hennessey VS cognac, Strega, fresh lemon, and rosé bubbles.
