Vancouverites will have another chic downtown spot to socialize at next month.

Reflections Outdoor Restaurant and Lounge (801 West Georgia Street) at Rosewood Hotel Georgia is set to reopen on April 7, debuting a new dining and design concept inspired by the Pacific Northwest flavours and atmosphere.

Infinity water features, art installations, heated cabanas, and a view of the Vancouver skyline make Reflections a favourite post-work destination in the city.

The rooftop bar and lounge will be decorated with flowers, greenery, and soft lighting. The tableware will be accented with a white and blue color scheme, and wooden platters with varying shapes will offer a coastal vibe.

Executive head chef Harold Lemos has created a new menu that features seafood, snack bowls, and light, tapas-inspired dishes. Guests will find locally-sourced seasonal dishes like the Albacore Tuna Poke, Mahi Mahi Croquettes, and Edamame Hummus with Seaweed Chips.

New and original cocktails include the East Meets West Fizz—made with Bombay Sapphire East Gin, pomelo juice, fresh lime juice, seabuckthorn syrup, and carbonated jasmine tea. For a twist on a classic, try the Kitsifornia Cobbler—a classic Sherry Cobbler mixed with vodka, ice wine, and elderflower cordial.

A wine selection that highlights choices from B.C., Oregon, Northern California, Australia, and other countries, will be available to guests.

Reflections is located on the fourth floor of the historic hotel, and will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
