Vancouver’s entertainment district is getting a newcomer that aims to bring some fun back to Granville Street.

Canadian hospitality and entertainment company the MRG Group (Biltmore Cabaret, the Yale Saloon, and Vogue Theatre) is introducing its latest venture in the city: Dublin Calling Pub & Kitchen (900 Granville Street), which is gearing up to open its doors this Friday (November 17).

The premium pub and sports bar will feature everything from tasty grub to games (pool, ping pong, Skee-Ball, and darts) to 35 big-screen TVS that will showcase a variety of sports matches.

The 5,000-square-foot space has 220 seats, and offers menu items like Irish nachos, Shepherd’s pie bites, and traditional Dublin fish and chips.

Guests who are looking to host larger groups can make use of the establishment’s communal tables, pitchers, platters, and dance floor.

This is the Irish-themed pub’s second location; it opened its first eatery in Toronto.
