B.C. cocktail recipe: Braveheart from Fanny Bay Oysters

      This cocktail recipe from Fanny Bay Oysters, from Vancouver Island and with an oyster bar in Vancouver, is their take on the Negroni.

      This version of the classic Italian cocktail features a light peated flavour. 

      Braveheart 

      Ingredients
      0.75 oz Bowmore No.1
      0.75 oz Ruby Port
      0.75 oz Campari
      0.75 oz Grand Marnier
      ice cube
      dehydrated orange slice

      Directions
      Put a large ice cube in your favourite rocks glass.
      Pour 0.75 oz Bowmore No.1, 0.75 oz Ruby Port, 0.75 oz Campari, and 0.75 oz Grand Marnier into the glass.
      Stir to dilute, and then garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
