This regal cocktail hails from Q Bar, located at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, B.C.
The recipe uses Empress 1908 Gin, which is a collaboration between the hotel and Victoria Distillers that combines the hotel's signature black tea blend with botanicals.
2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain to remove ice.
Shake again without the ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with edible flowers.
