Belgard Kitchen hosts Brewmaster's Dinners in February

      On February 9 and 23, Belgard Kitchen will host Belgard & Beers, a four-course paired-tasting menu curated by Belgard Kitchen head chef Ken Konkle and Settlement Brewing head brewer Tom Morrison.

      Menu includes:

      Amuse-bouche: House-made crescenza cheese, barley cracker, and dried fruit, paired with Good News Hazy Pale Ale.

      First course: steamed clams, house sausage, and citrus, paired with Portside Pilsner.

      Second course: confit garlic & anchovy bagna cauda, beer pickles, and hopped bread, paired with NEXT Hazy IPA.

      Third course: aged duck breast, honeydew, and wild berries, paired with Wild Ale.

      Dessert: malt chocolate beer "affogato", candied cocoa nibs, and caramelized white chocolate, paired with Mood Lighting Oatmeal Stout.

      Tickets are available for groups of two to six guests per household bubble, priced at $80.59 (includes tax, gratuity, and $5 donation to community partner Mealshare).
