Club Kitchen, a new food hall meets delivery service, has opened downtown

A new local business wants to revolutionize the way Vancouverites dine via delivery and takeout.

Club Kitchen is part food hall, part takeout and delivery service. The space features 13 fully equipped kitchens, meaning each participating food venture gets its own designated cooking area (this is different from commisary kitchens, where everyone shares).

The benefit for diners is that they can order at multiple participating establishments in one order, with one shared bill and delivery fee. Want to order sushi, fried chicken, and a pomelo sago drink all at once? By golly, now you can!

Ordering can be done online or in-person at the kiosk. The food can then either be picked up at Club Kitchen or delivered to your door; there is a small seating area if you want to eat your food right then and there, too.

All participating restaurants share the revenue and operational costs with their fellow occupants. An added incentive for businesses to move into Club Kitchen is that it relieves the burden of leasing a commercial kitchen, instead allowing them to license a cooking area within the larger space.

Currently, Club Kitchen features the following restaurants:

      • Pizzeria Barbarella
      • Hello Nori
      • Indi Co.
      • Dragon Bowl
      • Hui Lau Shan
      • Chirpyhut
      • Pearl Castle

Club Kitchen is located at 988 Expo Boulevard.
