      Perfect for summer, this refreshing cocktail features notes of natural bitters and ginger.

      This recipe comes courtesy of Jules Bistro, a French bistro located in Vancouver’s Gastown, and includes the French wine-based appertif Lillet. 

      Cherry Lillet

      1.5 oz Lillet
      1/8 oz chartreuse
      1/8 oz limoncello
      1/8 oz bourbon
      1/8 oz egg white
      1/8 oz cherry syrup
      1/8 oz lime juice

      Shaken with ice and strained.
      Serve martini style or on ice.
