The Vogue Theatre is hosting a film and whiskey event on December 3 as part of the Hopscotch Festival of Wine, Beer & Spirits.

The program will include the Vancouver premiere of The Water of Life--a documentary about the world of single malt Scotch whiskey, featuring Jim McEwan, the revivalist of Bruichladdich Whisky--as well as a guided sampling of various Bruichladdich's whiskies.

Tickets for the event are $55, and include the movie screening, four Bruichladdich samples, a Glencairn glass, and a Q&A with The Water of Life director Greg W. Swartz.
