Seafood fans take note: if you've ever wanted to learn how to make a three-course spot prawn meal, here's the ticket.

On May 29 the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia will celebrate the iconic B.C. product with the help of four of the province's top chefs.

Chef Angus An of Vancouver's Maenam Restaurant will make a B.C. spot prawn salad with chili jam, chefs Ned Bell and Stacy Johnston of the Okanagan's Naramata Inn will prepare chilled wild B.C. spot prawn, and chef Ken Nakano of Victoria's Aura Waterfront Restaurant + Patio will show how to whip up BBQ B.C. spot prawns.

The event is hosted by CBC Vancouver's Lien Yeung and includes a live Q&A with An, Bell, and Nakano, plus Spot Prawn Festival founder Robert Clark.

Tickets are priced at $28.21, with proceeds going towards Chef's Table Society initiatives such as culinary scholarships and the legacy project CTS Culinary Library.
