Kitsilano Showboat Goes Virtual

Kitsilano Showboat is doing something different this year for their 85th season.

Kitsilano Showboat is doing something different this year for their 85th season.

We know how important Showboat is to everyone so we have decided to use technology to reach out to our audience. Starting on Saturday June 27, and then Wednesdays July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 we will be presenting some of the greatest talent that Vancouver has to offer. A special show will be held on Canada Day starting at 10:00 am with a children’s show and 6:00 pm with an action packed evening of nostalgic music for the parents. On June 27th we will celebrate National Multicultural day with two great performances. We gratefully acknowledge the Federal Governments funding to enable us to celebrate these two important events. On Wednesday July 8th we will be hosting a fundraiser with Richard Lowy. So join us and dig deep to donate to help sustain Showboat through these difficult times.

All of this will be presented on https://www.facebook.com/kitsilanoshowboat/ via Facebook Live. Be sure to “LIKE” us to view the shows and to get more details on our upcoming events.
