I've seen you on and off at various local cinemas over the last few years - the Rio, the Ridge, Pacific Cinematheque. You and I are are always alone, and usually there is quite a gulf between your seat and mine. We both wear glasses (mine have round wire frames; yours are black and angular) and are short-haired brunettes. I'd love to have you a bit closer. Ideally, we'd recline on opposite sides of my sofa, re-watch one of our favourite films, take languid sips of wine while stealing glances at each other's eyes and lips, and entangle our legs suggestively under a knit blanket (I am an avid knitter).
