Fresh off the release of her first live album, Niki: Live at The Wiltern, singer-songwriter Niki has announced her plans for her most extensive tour yet, featuring over 40 stops across the globe.

The tour kicks off in Toronto on September 5 for its North American leg, with a night in Vancouver on October 19 before heading to Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Allison Ponthier will join the North American portion of the tour, with Amy Allen joining in Europe.

The tour will be in celebration of her upcoming album Buzz, releasing August 9. The album itself is buzzworthy. Its producers are Tyler Chester and Ethan Gruska, who have collaborated with celebrated artists Sara Bareilles and Pheobe Bridgers, respectively.

Buzz will be Niki’s third studio album. It explores the artist’s sense of self.

“I went through an identity crisis,” she says in a release. “It took a lot of trial and error, and I just stumbled upon pieces of myself along the way. I named it Buzz because it feels like I’m on the precipice of something about to happen.”
