Audiences just “can’t let go” of the dynamic super-duo of Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. The two-person outfit made up of Led Zeppelin frontman Plant and country-bluegrass singer and fiddler Krauss are reuniting after the release of their 2021 album Can’t Let Go, and finally touring in support of it.

The duo will be performing a double header in Vancouver at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on August 13 and 14 this year as part of their 28-stop North American tour, which will also hit cities like Madison, Des Moines, and Seattle.

Joined by drummer Jay Bellerose, bassist Dennis Crouch, string player Stuart Duncan, and Viktor Krauss on keys and guitar, Plant and Krauss will draw from Grammy award-winning records Raising Sand and Raise The Roof, plus pay homage to blues and country legends such as Merle Haggard, Allen Toussaint, and The Everly Brothers.

And not to ignore the Zeppelin fans, the duo will be performing reduxed versions of the band’s classics, including “The Battle of Evermore”, “Rock & Roll”, and “When The Levee Breaks”, among others.

Though Vancouverites have two chances to catch them, we have a feeling tickets may go fast.
