If you’ve been following along in the local Vancouver music scene, you’re undoubtedly excited about what the just announced Khatsahlano lineup has to offer. 

Headlined by ‘80s glam rocker Art d’Ecco and high-energy surf rock enthusiasts Uncle Strut, the lineup offers a little something for everyone down West 4th Avenue. The festival’s theme of “Khatsahlano Wonderland” is fitting, given the rabbit hole of eclectic genres and performances that visitors will be treated to. 

A trip down thought the looking glass of West 4th Avenue will find the irrepressible, incredibly talented multi-hyphenate Kimmortal, the fun-loving rock of Rich Hope, the soulful croons of Desiree Dawson, and the sporadic, noisy genius of our most recent cover stars, Concrete Vehicles, among many other musicians.  

Curated by independent music stalwart Zulu Records, the festival’s 16th year is as varied and full of talent as ever. "My favourite aspect of Khatsahlano on West 4th is watching thousands of people of all ages discovering a myriad of talented performers,” said Zulu Records founder Grant McDonagh in a release.

“This year’s lineup features exciting new artists as well as established sure-fire favourites, all hailing from British Columbia."
