Move over, liquid yoga, beer yoga, nude yoga, men’s yoga, and woga (wine with yoga). Nay, goat yoga is the latest craze among British Columbians who embrace mindful stretching and deep breathing.

Abbotsford’s Maan Farms Country Experience (790 McKenzie Road), in the Fraser Valley, is offering people the chance to salute the sun while cute, cuddly goats trot around beside them.

Apparently, you will not get pooped on; however, you may get stared at, sniffed, and cuddled. By the goats. The babies are said to be especially adorable—not to mention energetic and unpredictable.

After the one-hour session, it’s time for chit-chat over Mama Maan's traditional Indian chai, made with freshly ground cardamom, fennel, cloves, and cinnamon.

Check out the video of a recent goat yoga session here:

The next available sessions are on June 2 and 3 and cost $35. For tickets and more info, visit Maan Farms. The 80-acre farm practices integrated pest management and is also know for its berries and berry and dessert wines.
