There won't be any frolicking in popular Fraser Valley hot springs on this cool weekend.

That's because Fraser Health has shut them down in Harrison Hot Springs pending water testing.

The health authority took this action following two reports of rashes.

They're not expected to re-open until Monday (February 25) at the earliest.

Harrison Hot Springs Resort has posted an apology on its website to guests who've been inconvenienced.

They're being allowed free use of the village's public pool.
