Update: Coquitlam RCMP report that formerly missing 27-year-old woman has been found

      Update (September 2): The RCMP reported that the 27-year-old woman mentioned in the article below has been located safe and sound.

      The Mounties are expressing concern for a woman who was reported missing at 9:45 p.m. on August 23.

      Shannon McDonald, 27, is wanted on a mental health warrant and police are required to take her back to a designated facility if she's found.

      McDonald was last seen around 7 p.m. in Port Coquitlam on August 23.

      She's 5'3", weighs 237 pounds, and has short, dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

      McDonald also has a pierced lip and a tattoo on her right wrist.

      She was last seen in black yoga pants and a black hoodie.

      Previously on July 9, Coquitlam RCMP announced that McDonald was reported missing on July 7 and wanted under the Mental Health Act. She was later located on July 11.
