Dutil Denim offers customizable jeans for Naked & Famous anniversary
Canadian boutique Dutil Denim is helping Canadian label Naked & Famous Denim celebrate its fifth anniversary with a special event happening online and in stores on Saturday (March 16).
Seven customizable pairs of Naked & Famous jeans ($268 each) will be available on Dutil Denim’s website, enabling shoppers to personalize the fit, size, fabric, thread, and more on a pair of jeans. Seven more pairs of customizable jeans will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis at both the Toronto and Vancouver (303 West Cordova Street) Dutil Denim shops. Customers visiting the brick-and-mortar shops will also have a chance to check out Naked & Famous’ spring/summer 2013 collection (starting at $138).
Naked & Famous is a Montreal-based denim company that was founded by Brandon Svarc. All jeans are made from raw denim fabrics sourced from Japan and manufactured in Canada. Collections include three fits—skinny, slim, and tapered—for men, and four fits—skinny, slim, boot-cut, and trouser-cut—for women. Naked & Famous also produces denim and canvas bags and small leather goods, with plans to offer shirts, belts, knits, neckwear, and more in the future.
Dutil Denim opened its Vancouver flagship store in 2006 and launched its Toronto location in 2011.
