Vancouver’s YYoga is turning 10, and to celebrate, the local yoga-and-fitness studio will be conducting free classes at all its studios this Sunday (October 1).

The deal includes the entirety of YYoga’s offerings, which run the gamut from hot and “suspension” yoga to beginner-friendly meditation and restorative sessions. Attendees must sign up for classes onsite and will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The company, which opened its first studio in Yaletown in 2007, will also be hosting an anniversary party at its downtown Vancouver location (888 Burrard Street) on October 20. There, guests will be able to take part in a selection of signature YYoga classes while enjoying live music, DJs, and refreshments.

A lineup of speakers, including YYoga founder and CEO Terry McBride, is part of the lineup, too. Tickets to the event are $10 online with all proceeds benefiting the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
