San Francisco–based fashion label Everlane, which is known for its streamlined apparel, affordable price points, and “radically transparent” approach to manufacturing, will be available in its physical form for the first time in Vancouver from this Friday (September 29) to November 12.

The mostly online brand, which operates only one brick-and-mortar store in New York City, is partnering with Nordstrom to bring a curated selection of mens- and womenswear to select Nordstrom locations, including Pacific Centre’s (799 Robson Street).

Presented as part of the department store’s Pop-In series, the temporary shop-in-shop will carry some of Everlane’s bestselling items, including cotton crewnecks; cashmere sweaters, tuques, and mitts; and leather shoes and accessories like the wildly popular Day Heel. (You may recognize the Day Market Tote, which has been sported by the likes of Angelina Jolie and Meghan Markle recently.)

High-rise skinnies, slim-fit jeans, and boyfriend fits from Everlane’s recently launched Japanese-denim line, which the company claims is “made at the world’s cleanest factory” with minimal water pollution, will also be available. In addition, shoppers can expect to see T-shirts and pullovers from the 100% Human Collection, proceeds from which support the ACLU, and bombers, rain jackets, and nylon backpacks. Prices range from $25 to $300.

Founded in 2011 as an online-only, direct-to-consumer label, Everlane has gained a cult following in recent years among those looking for quality, consciously crafted alternatives to fast-fashion models. It’s recognized for its ethical and transparent approach to production and sales in which the retailer discloses on its website detailed information about its factories in China, Vietnam, and beyond, and breakdowns of prices that reveal how much each item cost the company to make.
