“Today, parents and kids are interested in a greater variety of skills,” UBC historian Leslie Paris says. “But there are also many parents and children who still value the more traditional camp experience, with its campfires, canoeing, and overnight hikes.”
On Wednesday (April 24), from 3 to 6 p.m., VCC is opening the doors of its Downtown campus to help prospective students understand the possibilities available to them should they choose to pursue further education.
