Annette Poitras, recently rescued by Coquitlam SAR and other SAR members, shares her rescue story after being lost and found in the backcountry recently. SAR members who were involved with this search will be on the panel to answer questions, as well as SAR prevention experts. Additionally, BC AdventureSmart will be delivering the Survive Outside Program to participants interested in outdoor safety and search-and-rescue prevention.
