Library Square – Vancouver Public Library, 350 W Georgia St, Vancouver Join internationally renowned Buddhist meditation Teacher for a special public talk at Library Square. In this evening talk Gen-la Khyenrab will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
