10 days of over 120 films, events, special guests and more! This year hosts films from almost 30 countries, including the North American premiere of Pickups, 6 Canadian Premieres, 36 BC Premieres, and 28 Hometown Premieres.

Armistead Maupin - iconic American Author, best known for the groundbreaking series of novels Tales of the City, this year portrayed in The Untold Tales of Armistead Maupin
Aidan Gillen - best known for portraying Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish in Game of Thrones and Tommy Carcetti in The Wire, will be attending the international premiere of his newest feature film - Pickups
Alanis Obomsawin - an American Canadian Abenaki filmmaker, a trailblazer for Indigenous filmmakers in Canada will be unveiling at the Victoria Film Festival her 50th film - Our People Will Be Healed
Cory Bowles - Canadian actor, director and choreographer, best known for his portrayal of "Cory" in the series Trailer Park Boys, will be presenting his full-length directorial debut - The Black Cop
