Allergy - Art Exhibition Opening

Free admission

Could you be allergic to art?

brings together the work of
Celine Simpson, Foster Eastman, michaelmichaelmichael, and Mini Choi, who transform the substances that irritate them with new narratives and interpretations. The artists' work explores and excavates the beauty of being a sensitive person and challenge the archetype of what it means to be allergic to something. Do you have an allergy to gluten, pollen, or alcohol? Could you be allergic to a relationship, a particular lipstick, or a social issue? Would you show the signs of intolerance like itchy eyes, skin flushing, and stuffy nose? These unsettling allergic reactions in our lives are alluring and disconcerting.

is an intimate observation and presentation of our everyday human experience. Curated by Mini and Michael Gallerists,

is a group art exhibition happening at
Foster Eastman Gallery, 1442 West Pender Street, Vancouver BC
#ALLERGY Opening: Feb 2, 2018 ( Friday 7 - 9 pm )
