In his famous TED Talk, “How Great Leaders Inspire Action,” Simon Sinek repeats the phrase, “people don't buy what you do; people buy why you do it.” He says, “knowing your ‘why’ is the key to connecting yourself and your customers to your business.” Join us as we explore the importance of having a definitive purpose behind your business, beyond just money. Our panel will share moments from their entrepreneurial journeys, explore their “why” and discuss how you can get started on your own journey and how to stay motivated to keep it going.
