Enjoy a memorable culinary experience that celebrates the savoury decadence of local B.C. truffles. On Monday February 19, the restaurant will host a five-course Truffle Dinner in partnership with the Truffle Association of British Columbia (TABC) to celebrate these culinary diamonds and the foragers who cultivate them. Chef Lucais Syme of Cinara and Chef Robert Belcham of Campagnolo will join Chef Carlson in the kitchen to craft this not-to-be-missed collaboration of incredible flavours.

Tickets for Burdock & Co's Truffle Dinner cost $250 (including tax and grat) each with the option of adding naturalist wine pairings for $75 on the night of. Two seatings will be offered, at 5:30pm and 8:00pm. Guests are encouraged to book early, as there is space for only 34 diners per seating.
