Letting Go of Anxiety
Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver , 1833 Victoria Diversion, Vancouver Each class, we will learn different ways to use mindfulness to help us let go of anxiety (once and for all). Practicing these instructions help us to deal with difficult situations positively and productively -without anxiety or stress!
Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a concluding contemplative meditation based on the topic. No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome. Each class is self-contained so you can drop in any week, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
