The fifth annual BC Distilled Festival, the country’s biggest artisan and micro-distillery event, takes place April 14 at the Croatian Cultural Centre. With 40 distilleries from across British Columbia showcasing their best products, the event offers enthusiasts a chance to taste the province’s top spirits, with canapés provided by local chefs. An on-site Legacy Liquor pop-up shop lets participants purchase bottles to take home, selecting from the widest selection of BC spirits available anywhere, with more than 150 products. In addition, the festival’s charity partner, Pacific Assistance Dogs Society, will host a silent auction filled with products donated by the exhibitors, and bring their dogs and puppies for attendees to meet.
