"Join us for the 1st annual Big Superhero Run on August 18th, 2018. This superhero themed fun run offers a 10km & 5km Big Superhero Run/Walk (2pm), as well as a 1km Sidekick Run/Walk (1pm). The Big Superhero Run tours Richmond's picturesque West Dyke Recreational Trail. The course winds its way along trails lining the inlets of the Fraser River and the shores of the Strait of Georgia, with views of Vancouver Island, the North Shore mountains and local wildlife.
With mild inclines and maintained trails, everyone is assured a beautiful and stress-free run or walk. The route is suitable for all ages and abilities. Leashed dogs and strollers are absolutely welcome."
