In Arts Umbrella's South Surrey Teen Visual Arts Scholarship Program, lead instructor Jason Wright has been teaching students what it takes to succeed in the visual arts world through mentorship and exploration. The Students have worked with a series of guests artists bringing their techniques and ideas of art making to the class, enriching their contemporary art practice.
