Music Friends (www.mymusicfriends.com) is pleased to invite up-and-coming young cellist Charlotte Tyhurst, a recent graduate of UBC, for a special farewell performance before she departs Vancouver to pursue graduate studies in Montreal. Charlotte was the principal cellist in the UBC Symphony Orchestra as well as the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra.

She will be joined by pianist Emily Logan, a doctoral student at UBC, on an exploration of some of the greatest musical tales written for cello and piano. Works by Brahms, Beethoven, Debussy, and Janacek will be featured in what is sure to be another magical evening of music in a warm living room setting.

7:30pm - 8:30pm: Performance, with brief spoken introductions for each piece

8:30pm - 9:30pm: Mingling over complimentary wine and snacks

The exact address of the host will be sent to ticket holders. The space is very limited (~35 seats), so you are strongly encouraged to purchase your tickets online to reserve your seats. We anticipate that there will not be tickets available at the door.
