Siyaflo Health Series hosts its inaugural event in Vancouver on June 3rd! The morning will include yoga, dance, networking, and meditation, while also hearing from two leading minds in nutrition (Megan De Jong Nutrition) and fitness (Sofie Jayne Fitness) on how you can better connect to your body and mind.

We also have a range of great PRIZES to give away thanks to our incredible sponsors! Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the morning.

Event Breakdown:

8:45am - Registration, snacks, prize entries and drinks.

9:00am - Let's get started! Welcome and surprise activity (led by Amanda Webb)

9:20am - Carefree yoga and meditation session (led by Kinga Gorski)

9:50am - Inspiring nutrition & fitness talks + Q&A (with Meghan De Jong & Sofie Jayne)

10:15am - Fun grooving dance class (led by Case Otic)

10:45am - Awesome prizes (from sponsors such as NutMeg Mylk, Amai Vegan Treats, KAPOW NOW, & iDance Vancouver), snacks, & pics!

11:00am - Get your goodie bag, we're done!
