Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues -the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim to help increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Try it with live cello (Mondays 7:30pm), setar (Sundays 5pm). Suitable for people new to yoga. We have mats, change rooms, bike parking.
