Mike Machado Trio (Vancouver) //

Mike Machado is a blues/rock artist located in Vancouver. Strongly driven by passion and heart to play new rock and blues music in the spirit of the greats of the past, his band Mike Machado Trio pays tribute to the psychedelic/blues/rock and roll spirit of the '60s up through to the modern era with their sets filled with music by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Cream, Stevie Wonder, Albert King, BB King, Freddie King, Buddy Guy etc... They love to put on a soulful and high energy show and can guarantee a memorable live music experience.

Redwhyn is an up-and-coming three-piece alternative rock band from Northern BC. Founded by brothers Josh and Michael Hanson, and later joined by drummer David Morgan, the band has been playing shows around BC since the summer of 2016. They released their debut, self-titled album in November of 2017 on all major streaming platforms.

Redwhyn’s music is a refreshing take on alternative rock, with traces of modern blues-rock and echoes of late progressive rock. You can expect to hear a range of influences including Biffy Clyro, Goo Goo Dolls, and early-days Coldplay. Redwhyn’s show boasts intricate riffs, haunting melodies, and soaring solos full of energy and crowd appeal. Original songs that have been borne out of both the bitter cold of British Columbia’s Central Interior and the endless rainfall of its Lower Mainland will grip concert goers and album listeners alike.
