In the grimy underbelly of East Vancouver’s hip hop scene you can find plenty of dirt and trash, but you will find only one JUNK. This saturated gutter contains a sea of "rappers" and few rise to the top. Only the cream of the crop are recognized. With lightning quick chops, mind blowing lyricism, and razor sharp freestyles, Junk is quickly eclipsing those in the upper echelon of this so called pecking order. Junk’s establishing himself as a top tier artist, not only in Vancouver, but in Canadian hip hop.

Dj Goadman " Lan G" (Victoria) //

DJ Goadman “ Lan G” : DJ/Producer, born Serouj Dirassoyan in eastern suburbs of Beirut during the civil war. Had no exposure to Hip Hop until the age of 15 during a visit to U.S. it started by purchasing a Bone Thugs tape and after that fell in love with the culture called Hip Hop . Friends called him G because of his extreme passion for rap music. Self made Dj/producer who’s trying to step his game up day after day. Started with simple DAWs and cds and went to turntables and vinyls. From just putting sounds together to collecting old records and sampling. Keeping it real and underground where Real Hip Hop is. Played in few clubs/ concerts/ street balls. One of the rare Hip Hop Djs in middle east who spins on turntables hoping that others will step up and get rid of their cdjs and get back to the Roots. As a producer its all about making music which makes the mind and the soul dance and gives the body some time off. Beats mostly laid back mellow waiting for a poetic rapper with conscious lyrics to express feelings on them.
Influenced by likes of Dj Premo, Pete Rock, Buckwild, 9th wonder, Jay D, etc, but still giving beats his personal touch, taste, and character. In this world of mass media and pop culture looking forward to nothing but making real/ good/ underground music trying to reach the Right people …just to make the ends meet . In 2014 met local rap group by the name of PAINT THE TOWN RED on Vancouver Island.. and became their official DJ... together they were blessed to open up for big names like Techn9ne (2 shows), Yo Gotti, Bone Thugs, Ghostface killa of WU Tang, Royce 5 9, W.C. Also together they played alongside other Canadian acts like MadChild, Prada West, Drezus, City Natives, and Doom Squad.
